Introduction

Candy Spot does NOT accept returns on any edible products. All return/refund requests must be made to our Customer Care department within 7 business days of receipt of your order (determined byUPS/FedEx tracking) AND must be authorized by customer service in advance. To protect our customers’ health and safety, CandySpot.com only accepts returns of non-edible items. Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in their original condition at their expense.

Return and Shipping

You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. All discrepancies must be reported within 48hours of receiving or picking up the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer will be responsible for paying the cost for return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and if applicable, return shipping, will be deducted from the refund amount.Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Funds will be returned in the form of an online store credit code that can be used on future orders onCandyspot.com
